Through the engagement of exploratory materials and investigative techniques, Clarissa’s practice seeks to ask questions and create a forum where those questions can play out in a visual, wearable form. An advocate for the contemporary jewellery community, she manages a communal jewellery and metal arts studio, acts as chair of exhibitions in the Vancouver Metal Arts Association and teaches in the jewellery program at Lasalle College.
