My vision as an artist is to create art with the intention of sharing concepts, ideas, and issues related to being a woman. Slow art processes such as those that utilize hand-stitching, are important to my practice for their value of time, labour, and patience required for repetitive tasks, as well as the minimal impact they have on the environment.
