About
Susan Kristoferson, BFA, MFA, specializes in hand painted paste papers and hand dyed itajime papers. She creates unique collages and paper objects with these and other decorative papers as well as selling her sheets of papers to other users such as book binders and designers. In 2020 examples of her historic reproduction paste papers and itajime papers were collected by the Metropolitan Art Museum in New York City as part of the Paper Legacy Project of professional US decorative paper artists working in the last decades. She now lives in Alberta and is a dual citizen.
