Andrew has been producing high end craft products decorative and useful since the late 90's and is adding new work to show diversity in the range of things he can make. He is inspired by craftsman who use their skills and their unique processes to teach others, and draws from the satisfying feeling of being a maker of items which others can see, touch and cherish. Andrew is a proficient turner in all areas of woodturning which has been a compliment to him in teaching classes. He has the technical skills to make good woodturners better, and the passion to inspire the young to try. With a desire to understand his craft better and push the limits on his medium, experiments are common and have been a good teacher themselves. In his current artistic work, Andrew is focusing on multi-axis turnings that are representative of people from other nations and offset natural unfinished vessels.
