About the Show:
Lens Reflex is a juried exhibition of contemporary craft being produced by the Manitoba Craft Council in partnership with the FLASH Photographic Festival. It will be on display at the C2 Centre for Craft in the spring of 2020. Lens Reflex will investigate: What is the intersection and connection of photography and craft? At first glance these two mediums may seem entirely unrelated, but with some reflection connections can be found. This show will display a variety of original craft works created in response to the overlapping concepts of Photography and Craft.
We welcome submissions in a variety of media and approaches to this topic. Artists are encouraged to consider unique connections based on their own creative practices.
