About

Time & landscape are the biggest influences on my pots now, especially since moving back to Manitoba in 2006.
Besides being peaceful, beautiful & varied, the creeks, rivers & lakes are providing me with actual wood objects that I incorporate into my work.
My pots continue to be functional; plates, trays, teapots, pitchers & bowls but now these shapes are made with a specific piece of wood in mind. I'm learning a bit about wood & my work has changed to accommodate the found shapes.
