Working Cloth was founded in May 2016 with the intention of bringing an appreciation for textile processes and craft practise to a wider audience. Years working in the London fashion industry accompanied by a sustained interest in art, craft, science and history deepen the context that Working Cloth brings to the creation and analysis of textile objects. Work shops span cultural, heritage and contemporary fashion practise and contain a theoretical component that grounds the practical techniques in history and theory.
